Family Hunts

You can turn your guided hunt into a family vacation by inviting your kids, grandkids or spouse. We offer a safe and fun learning environment where your family can participate, as much or as little as they want, in your hunting experience and gain a deeper appreciation of nature and resource management.

Family Hunts

Junior hunters are welcome to join you on your hunt. We can also create custom hunts for kids when they are accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or guardian.

  • 10-13 year olds can hunt with a parent or guardian and shoot on an adult tag.
  • 14 – 18 year olds can shoot on their own tag and license while accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or guardian.

Our spring bear hunts are a great opportunity for new and young hunters. The excitement of lots of wildlife sightings keeps the hunt fast paced and is a great opportunity for junior hunters to harvest their first animal.

Every season provides a unique experience for your family who join as non-hunters. Your family can be full participants in your hunt, whether you are here for a lodge-based or camp-based hunt, or pursue their own wilderness interests. Our all-amenity lodge offers guest ranch stays, wildlife viewing, horse pack trips, horseback riding, fishing, snowmobiling, alpine hiking, and much more. Whether your family and friends want to view grizzlies during your spring black bear hunt or view predators and zip along on snowmobiles during your winter cougar hunt, there are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. If your family wants a more relaxed experience, they are always welcome to curl up by the fireplace at our lodge, sipping hot chocolate and reading a good book from our library.

Take a look at our accommodation page to see find out more about where you and your family will be staying.
