Grizzly and Interior Grizzly Bear

Both coastal and interior bears are found in our area. The largest taken was 26 inches (66 centimetres) and rated 50th in the B&C Record Book.

Spring grizzly hunts run from May 1 – 30. The interior grizzlies average 400 to 500 pounds (181 to 226 kilograms) and the hides are by far the nicest. The variety includes everything from two-tone tans to a red coloring with silver tips. Note: Grizzly is on quota throughout British Columbia, reducing the opportunity for hunting grizzly. Our area is closed this year, so our hunters will hunt with Kiff our guide who has a good grizzly territory in central British Columbia.

Testimonial “After what seemed like years, my dream finally came true. I found myself hunting grizzly in some of the most beautiful country I had ever seen. Snow capped mountains, green grass valleys, crystal blue lakes, and rivers running so fast they knock you off your feet.” Woody Ahlborn WI, USA
